HAPPY NEW YEAR!

It's a brand new year and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) has released its New Year budget requests with enforcement initiatives.

It's extremely obvious that in 2011, the OFCCP is motivated and working aggressively to enforce affirmative action regulations.

Be prepared!! Be certain to:

  • Update your Affirmative Action Plan
  • Maintain and keep current the internal implementation of your Affirmative Action Plan
  • Follow through on all of the commitments that you are making within your Affirmative Action Plan
  • Review and audit the Affirmative Action Plan according to the regulations
